Self-funded Treatment Information

If you don't have health insurance, the Intensive Trauma Treatment Centre (ITTC) has options for privately (self) funded clients experiencing Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex PTSD, or Adjustment Disorder.

We support recovery from PTSD, Complex PTSD, and Adjustment Disorder through a structured, four-day intensive program. Each participant receives 24 hours of one-on-one therapy during this focused treatment period, and we stay in contact for up to two years with follow-up appointments.

Our approach combines two of the most proven therapies for trauma, Prolonged Imaginal Exposure (PE) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing 2.0 (EMDR 2.0) to help process traumatic memories and reduce distressing symptoms.

Many clients who complete the program experience significant and lasting relief, empowering them to move forward with confidence and reclaim their lives.

ITTC is committed to making this program accessible. Contact our friendly team to learn about treatment pathways for self-funded clients.
