What is the Intensive Trauma Treatment Program?

The Intensive Trauma Treatment Centre (ITTC) helps people recover from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Adjustment Disorder through a focused, four-day program.

Our treatment combines two of the most effective therapies for PTSD, Prolonged Imaginal Exposure (PE) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing 2.0 (EMDR 2.0) to help process traumatic memories and reduce symptoms.

Many people who complete our program experience lasting relief from trauma symptoms, helping them move forward with confidence and reclaim their lives.
