Our expert team uses proven treatments like EMDR and exposure therapy in an intensive treatment model to reduce trauma symptoms and improve overall wellbeing.

Getting Started
We assess your mental health to understand your suitability for the program and submit a funding application to the DVA.

Scheduling
Once the funding application is approved, we schedule your intensive program.

Planning
Before treatment, we meet for a few short sessions 
to set goals and and plan your program.

Intensive Treatment
Over four days, you’ll have six hours of therapy each day. The therapy is focused and works to resolve traumatic memories quickly.

Follow-Up Care
We check in periodically 
to review the effectiveness of the treatment. These reviews ensure ongoing support and progress.

Who Can Join

  • DVA White or Gold Card holder with trauma related mental health conditions
  • You must have a supportive person in your life to talk to during the program.

The Intensive Trauma Treatment Centre Program is a short-term, intensive therapy designed to treat severe trauma, particularly in military personnel. It combines EMDR and EMDR 2.0 therapies, such as prolonged exposure and cognitive processing therapy, to help participants confront and reframe traumatic memories.

Yes. We require a D0904 DVA referral to assess your suitability for the program.

Eligible clients may qualify for funding through the Department of Veterans' Affairs.

The program includes travel, accommodation and food if required.
